The Hanger Type Shot Blasting Machine
Hanger type shot blasting machine is mainly composed of shot blasting chamber, shot blasting machine, double type bucket elevator, main magnetic separation device, secondary magnetic separation device, upper screw conveyor, lower screw conveyor, curtain type wind separation box, wind separation expansion box, dust collector and electrical control system.
The Blasting Chamber Working Principle
The blast chamber is the main body of the blast cleaning machine. The dimensions of the chamber are o700mmx988mm. the annular rubber belt is divided into four layers and the hooks are perforated with 06mm holes in one pass. The rubber hooks are driven by a drive system consisting of drive rollers, counter-rotating rollers and tensioning rollers. All rollers are fitted with 6mm thick high performance wear plates through flanged bearings and are made from the walls on both sides of the chamber. The blasting chamber is equipped with special wear plates of reasonable shape for easy replacement and maintenance. The lower part of the chamber is equipped with a screened collection drum with a screw conveyor. The pneumatic chamber door is sealed with rubber to prevent leakage of particles. Internal buffers ensure that the workpieces are always turned over on the conveyor belt, preventing material jams between the belt and the chamber door.
The Blasting Wheel Working Principle
The hook blasting machine is equipped with DISA's exclusive direct-drive D300 high efficiency blasting machine with 11 kW motor, which eliminates the energy loss caused by belt drive. All components are dynamically balanced. The machine is located in the upper part of the blast chamber, making it easy to install, adjust and maintain. The unique blade locking design allows for easy blade replacement.
Working Principle of Double Bucket Elevator
The composite bucket elevator is located on the left side of the entire unit. Together, the two bucket elevators are driven by geared motors, with the lower portion of the bucket elevator connected to the lower screw conveyor and the upper portion of the two bucket elevators connected to the upper screw conveyor. The composite bucket elevator is combined with the blast chamber to form a shell circulation body also adding stability to its own installation. The double bucket elevator is designed for the upper and lower sections, with the middle section bolted together for easy transport and installation. At the same time, it is designed for easy installation, adjustment, and maintenance of access doors.
Working Principle of the Main Magnetic Separator
The main magnetic separator works on the principle that the main magnetic separator is located in the left-center of the entire equipment, in front of the composite bucket elevator, mounted on the box of the composite bucket elevator. The upper cover of the main magnetic separator is fed through a transition tube to the upper outlet of the bucket elevator, where a large amount of particle inclusions and a small amount of sand are separated. The lower outlet is divided into two parts where a large amount of sand, inclusions and a small amount of particles flow all the way to the inlet of the double bucket elevator, where they are conveyed by a screw conveyor to the auxiliary magnetic separator. The main magnetic separator is equipped with a speed reducer that works while the drum with permanent magnet material is always rotating. The magnetic particles are drawn in on one side, and the non-magnetic sand remains on the other side by the magnetic principle. You can change it for better separation by adjusting the distribution of the magnetic lines in the drum by adjusting the position of the rod at the end of the drum shaft.
