Working Principle of the Secondary Magnetic Separator

About Hanger type shot blasting machine,The secondary magnetic separator is located below the left side of the primary magnetic separator. The inlet is connected to the outlet of the main magnetic separator's screw conveyor, which is divided in two ways. A small amount of granular material returns to the bucket elevator and a large amount of granular material.
Sand from the secondary magnetic separation device flows into the bin. The secondary magnetic separation plant itself is equipped with a reducer and a main machine for joint control. The main magnetic separator and secondary magnetic separator can separate 100 kg of sand and dust per minute from the steel shot system.

The Upper Screw Conveyor Working Principle

The upper screw conveyor is located in the middle and upper part of the machine, with the left end connected to the double bucket elevator and the right end connected to the curtain installed in the blast chamber. The type air separation box is connected to the main machine by a mechanically controlled reducer. For further separation, the larger slag and runner plates are sent to the front slag collection chamber and flow through the pipes below into the waste bin.

The Working Principle of The Lower Screw Conveyor

The lower screw conveyor is located in the lower center of the machine, with its left end connected to the complex bucket elevator and its right end connected to the collection bucket below the blasting chamber. It does not carry its own power and is linked with a complex bucket elevator bucket elevator, the main purpose of which is to collect the pills into the bucket elevator.

Working Principle of Curtain Windscreen Separator

The curtain air boxes are located in the upper and rear parts of the blast chamber and are held in place by special brackets connected to the blast chamber. The upper left side is connected to the upper screw conveyor so that the particles of the double bucket elevator are rolled up and funneled into the subdivided area. The particles are separated into curtains and fall into a storage hopper under the separation box. In the process, the particles are separated from the particles by the wind from the dust collector to extract the particles with high shot blasting efficiency.

The larger slag and runner pieces are screened by rollers and sent to the right side of the separator box to reach the slag collection chamber, where they flow into the bin through a pipe below. Below the separator there are two outlet pellets that are fed through a pellet valve below the pellet valve to the inlet pipe of the blasting unit. This zone has an adjustable plate with two funnels hanging from it depending on the state of fall of the pellets by adding pellets to the bucket so that they fall into the curtain. There is a control valve at the outlet of the air separation tank. The angle of the valve opening can be adjusted according to the airflow during use.

Wind-selected Expansion Tank

The air separation expansion tank is located between the rear of the blast chamber and the multi-bucket elevator, and is bolted to the blast chamber. It works on the principle of tolerance pressure drop, sucking minor dust and debris into the dust collector in order to slow down the granular particles of slag or sand filter material, directly impacting the dust collector and extending its service life.

Dust Collectors

The hanger type shot blasting machine is equipped with a 2200A chamber bag filter dust collector with a dust removal efficiency / 99%. The motor power of the dust removal fan is 3kW, the motor power of the vibrating motor is 0.18kw, the air volume is 2200m3 / h, the filter area is 12m, the filter air speed is about 3.
