Causes of uneven ejection cleaning
If the shot blasting machine cannot unevenly shot, the following aspects need to be considered:
On the one hand, it may be caused by the quality of the shot blasting machine itself, the overall design of the machine and the quality of the shot blasting device.
As a professional high-quality manufacturer of shot blasting machines, mesblate promises to all new and old customers that all equipment, raw materials and accessories used by mesblate are brand new and high-quality, and we will never cut corners on quality!
On the other hand, the most likely reason is that the distance and angle between the shot blasting port of the shot blasting machine and the workpiece to be cleaned have not been adjusted properly.
The following is the reason for this, a little analysis to help everyone better understand:
1. check the distance between the shot ejection port and the workpiece.
If the distance is too large, the impact force of the shot material falling on the surface of the workpiece will be reduced.
If the distance is too close, it will hinder the spreading force of the shot material when it is projected outward to a certain extent, thereby reducing the cleaning range of the workpiece surface.
Therefore, the distance between the two should be properly adjusted and controlled according to the test machine situation.
2. check the ejection speed of the shot blaster.
If the shot speed is too fast or too slow, the size and depth of the cleaning surface of the workpiece will be uneven. Therefore, the ejection speed should be adjusted according to the existing reference data or experience.
Mesblate has more than 20 years of production experience, 15 years of export experience, and has served hundreds of customers. It can provide professional advice to different customers, help customers avoid misunderstandings, and put into production faster and more efficiently.
3. consider whether the internal air pressure supply is stable
When the air pressure is too high, the ejection speed of the shot is fast, and the ejection force is large.
If the air pressure is too small, the ejection speed of the shot will be slow, and the ejection force will be small.
Therefore, regardless of the air pressure, the final treatment effect on the surface of the workpiece will be dense and uneven.
